Quick & Easy Steps to Get Your Child Registered
📌 Before You Start
Information you will need before you begin:
- Every participant needs an account, including children.
- Parents must create their own account first.
- Have ready: birthdates, emails, phone numbers, current photos.
- Renting? You’ll need: height, weight, and shoe size.
- Already have an account (from a season pass or public night ski in the past 5 years)? Don’t make a new one.
🖥️ 1. Go to the Registration Page

🎒 2. Choose the School Package
- Select “Thayne City Group”.
- Add one lesson at a time.
- Need rentals? Check “I need rental equipment.”
- Click Add to Cart.
📅 3. Pick the Ski Day Dates (They will already be highlighted 1/16, 2/13, 3/6)
- Click the date (it is already highlighted) → Select to join → Complete.
- Go to the bottom of the page and select “Continue Shopping” to add another date.
- Adding more children? Click the red beaver logo and repeat.
- When finished: Checkout.
🔐 4. Sign In or Create Your Account
- Existing account → log in.
- New user → enter email.
- If asked for a password → use Forgot Password.
- If new email → click Create Account.
👤 5. Create Your Account
- Fill in required info & create password.
- Verify email if prompted
👨👧 6. Add Your Child (Assign Guest)
- Click Assign Guest.
- Choose Create a new guest and enter child’s information.
- You can reuse your phone number.
- To reuse your email, add +ChildName before the @.
Example: jdoe+emma@gmail.com - Complete questionnaire → Submit.
⛷️ 7. Rentals (If Needed)
- Assign rental to your child.
- Choose ski or snowboard (cannot change later).
- If unsure: Skiers → Type 1
- Snowboarders → Regular stance
- Enter height, weight, shoe size → Complete.
📝 8. Waivers
- Read each waiver → click Next → Continue.
💳 9. Payment
- Enter billing address (must match card).
- Enter card details → submit payment.
📸 10. Upload Photos
- Upload photo when prompted.
- After upload, you will be returned to your account.
- For additional photos: scroll down → Linked Accounts → click each head icon to upload.
Photo Rules:
✅ One person per photo
✅ Face forward, clearly visible
🚫 No sunglasses, goggles, or face coverings
🚫 No hats that hide the face
